Change of mind

Depps Underground does not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Wrong size selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before checkout. We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges where the wrong size was ordered, unless required by law.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at deppsunderground@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos where relevant.

Printed-on-demand products

Depps Underground products may be produced specifically for your order. Minor differences caused by garment construction, print positioning, monitor colour settings or normal production tolerances are not automatically considered faults.

Order issues

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order if there is a problem. We may request photographs or other information so the issue can be assessed.
