These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Depps Underground online store or place an order with us.

Products

We aim to display product descriptions, sizes, colours and artwork accurately. Screen settings, garment construction and normal production tolerances can cause minor visual differences.

Prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Depps Underground may update prices, products or promotions at any time before an order is placed.

Orders

You are responsible for checking your product, size, quantity, delivery details and payment information before submitting an order. An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

Size selection

Please check the available size information before ordering. Depps Underground does not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless required by law.

Change of mind

We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind unless required by law.

Shipping

Shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Printed-on-demand production

Some items may be produced specifically for an order. If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or production has started.

Intellectual property

Depps Underground branding, artwork, graphics, designs, product photography, written content and other original material on this store are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Depps Underground is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
