SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is paid by the customer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping service.

Processing

Some Depps Underground products are produced on demand. Production time and shipping time are separate. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by production, carrier delays, peak periods, customs or events outside our control.

Delivery details

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Tracking

Where tracking is provided by the carrier, tracking details will be supplied once available.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel appears significantly delayed, contact us at deppsunderground@gmail.com and we will assist with the available carrier information.
