Is DEPPS UNDERGROUND currently taking orders?

If checkout is available, yes. If the store is temporarily closed for updates, checkout will not be available until the store reopens.

Is this the official DEPPS UNDERGROUND store?

Yes. The official DEPPS UNDERGROUND website is www.deppsunderground.com. DEPPS UNDERGROUND is an independent Australian dark psychological streetwear brand.

Where do you ship?

Enter your delivery address at checkout. If a shipping option is offered for your destination, you can place an order to that location. International orders may also be subject to duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is paid by the customer. The available shipping service and cost are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

How long will my order take?

Some DEPPS UNDERGROUND products are produced on demand, so production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by production, carriers, peak periods, customs or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Will I receive tracking?

Where tracking is provided by the carrier, tracking details will be supplied once they become available.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size information shown for the product before ordering. Where a size guide is provided, compare the measurements with a garment you already own rather than relying only on the size label. See our Size & Order Policy.

What if I choose the wrong size or change my mind?

Please choose carefully. DEPPS UNDERGROUND does not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection unless required by law. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

What if my item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described?

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. Contact deppsunderground@outlook.com with your order details and clear photos where relevant so the issue can be assessed.

Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Because some products are produced on demand, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing or production has started.

Will the product look exactly like the images on the website?

We aim to display artwork, colours, garment details and product descriptions accurately. Minor differences can occur because of screen settings, garment construction, print positioning and normal production tolerances.

Are DEPPS UNDERGROUND products made to order?

Some products may be produced specifically for your order through our print-on-demand fulfilment process. This helps us avoid holding unnecessary stock while the brand grows.

What is dark psychological streetwear?

For DEPPS UNDERGROUND, it means clothing built around pressure, damage, emotion, survival and the things people often carry without saying. The artwork is designed to communicate those experiences visually rather than simply decorate a garment.

Why the damaged bears?

The damaged bear is not a mascot. It is the damage and the story made visible. Different designs represent different pressures, scars and experiences while keeping one recognisable DEPPS UNDERGROUND identity.
