Change of mind
DEPPS UNDERGROUND does not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Wrong size selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before checkout.
We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges where the wrong size has been ordered, unless required by law.
Please check the size guide on the product page and compare the measurements with a garment you already own before ordering.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Print-on-demand products
Some DEPPS UNDERGROUND products are produced specifically for your order.
Minor differences caused by garment construction, print positioning, screen or monitor colour settings, or normal production tolerances are not automatically considered faults.
Order changes and cancellations
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.
Because some products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once processing or production has started.
Returns
Do not send an item back without contacting us first.
If a return is required because of a fault, damage, incorrect item or another issue covered by applicable law, we will provide instructions after assessing the issue.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under Australian law.
